Before and After

Bangor's Luther H. Peirce Memorial sculpture has received a facelift, thanks in part
to a Save Outdoor Sculpture! grant from Heritage Preservation. 
A gift to the city, the portrayal of Penobscot river drivers was designed by
local sculptor Charles Eugene Tefft.
