Squadron Dickey Award Winners

Presented Annually for Highest Achievement and Contribution to the
Squadron Educational Program. The Herbert Dickey award is presented
to an active member for outstanding achievement in the education
department, as an instructor or as a student. This award is
presented each year at the annual "Change of Watch."
